    <b>Privacy Policy:</b> Here at Troother.tv, we believe there is no such thing as privacy on the internet. 
    For example: There has been numerous known data breaches in large companies. Equifax had a data breach. Just about every single gaming and tech company in the past has had one. These are known breaches. Imagine the amount of undetected breaches.

    To make things simple, there is no privacy garuantee for any of the data that you input. Just assume someone is always watching. Your data will be proected to the best of our ability. We do not sell your data to any third parties.<br>
    If your country requries a cookie disclaimer, you will not get one from us. If you fail to undersatnd what cookies are, you have alot of cathing up to do. Educate yourself, learn to manage cookies yourself. This is not weight watchers, and I am not your dad. Like all responsiblities, its on you.

    With that said, we can and will collect any data we please with any and all interactions that happen on this website. Not that we have the ability to do so, but you never know, if it means getting you better content, it will probably happen sometime into the future.

This policy should manage your expectations when attempting a refund. Any refund is subject to our discretion. You will simply have to trust that we will do what is best for everyone.

    In the event a product has been preordered, this refund policy strictly applies. I assure you, we do not plan on failing to deliver, but pre-orders are not garuenteed and we do not offere refunds on pre-orders. Let me reiterate.

        Troother.tv views pre-orders as a customer, you, making a purchase on the idea a product will one day be delievered and NOT the product itself.
